A professional property inspection is an unbiased third-party visual assessment of the condition of the house. It provides you an expert opinion and professional report of the physical structure and various systems within a house such as electrical, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, roofing, interior and exterior.
Upon completion, you will receive a computerized inspection report detailing the condition of each item inspected with information relating to items/systems that are functional, needing repair or service, or that may require further evaluation by licensed professionals in a particular trade. Many items in the report are listed for informational purposes.

Cash or personal checks are accepted upon completion of the Inspection and delivery of the Report. Credit cards can be accepted through Paypal--however a Paypal service fee is applied.
Payment of the fee is due prior to delivery of the report.

HOW LONG WILL THE INSPECTION TAKE?
The average inspection takes two to three hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.
SHOULD I ATTEND THE INSPECTION?
I strongly encourage the prospective buyer/seller to be present for the walkthrough. If time does not permit you being present for the entire inspection, I at least ask you to be present for the last 30 minutes. By being present, you will have a far greater understanding of your new home and the report. If you are unable to attend the inspection, the report can be faxed, mailed via US mail or emailed (in PDF format), per your request within 24 hours.
